Selling - Is it all it's cracked up to be?

Today's Journey was interesting - I have just watched a few hours of Sales Coaching from creating the brand "You" to creating Loyalty with a customer.
My head is currently spinning due to the amount od information I have inside, but I have to confess something - Around 85% of what I have just watched I already new and carried out in my daily work life. There were a few different ways in approaching the same ideas that were already known to me but the basics are the same.
I thought that there could be a new idea that only this person knows but selling is selling and if you have integrity, knowledge and honesty then you will be a great salesperson.
